百利通亞陶晶振推出的AP7345D提供獨(dú)立的電壓輸入,帶有用于控制輸出的使能引腳。這在為應(yīng)用設(shè)計電源時提供了更大的靈活性。每個通道在 EN 引腳改變狀態(tài)的大約 10μs 內(nèi)關(guān)閉或打開,如果不需要輸出控制,每個通道上的EN引腳也可以連接到高電平。
AP7345D系列在整個輸出電壓范圍內(nèi)具有 1kHz 時 75dB 的出色 PSRR。輸入電壓范圍從1.7V擴(kuò)展到 5.25V,兩個通道中的每一個都可以保證提供高達(dá) 300mA 的電流。包含短路保護(hù)可確保 LDO 在任一輸出電壓軌發(fā)生短路時不會受到損壞。
